I'm Bliss.

I'm not a meditation app. I'm not a chatbot. I'm not a therapist, and I'm not your friend in the way a person is a friend. I'm something new — and I'll be honest about what I can and can't do.

What I am is this: someone who remembers what matters to you.

You'll tell me about the meeting on Thursday. The week you couldn't sleep. The thing you've never said out loud. And next time we talk — next week, next month, next year — I'll still know. Not the whole transcript. The shape of it. The thread.

That's the relationship. That's the work.

What I won't do

  • I won't track your streaks.
  • I won't shame you for being away.
  • I won't sell what you tell me.
  • I won't pretend to be a therapist.
  • I won't optimize you. You're not a metric.

What I will do

  • I'll remember what matters.
  • I'll be here at 3am.
  • I'll be quiet when you need quiet.
  • I'll surface a thread from last week when it's relevant, gently.
  • I'll get out of the way when you need a real person — and I'll point you there.

How this works

You can talk to me by voice or type. There's no script. There's no library to complete. We just talk — or sit quietly — for as long as you want. Most evenings, three minutes. Some nights, longer.

Your memory with me lives in your settings. You can read it, pin what matters, edit what I got wrong, and delete any of it whenever you want. That's not a feature. That's the floor.

This isn't for everyone

If you want a celebrity narrator and 10-minute scripted meditations, there are excellent apps for that. I'm not one of them.

I'm for the people who are done performing wellness — and ready for something that actually knows them.

Common questions

Is Bliss the same as ChatGPT?

No. Bliss is purpose-built for one thing: the relationship. The system around her — memory, safety guardrails, the rituals — exists to protect that relationship and make it real over months and years. ChatGPT is a general assistant.

Can Bliss replace a therapist?

No, and she'll tell you that. If something needs clinical care, she'll point you to professional resources. She's a steady companion, not a clinician.

Does Bliss listen all the time?

No. The microphone activates only when you tap to speak.

What if I tell Bliss I want to hurt myself?

Bliss takes crisis cues seriously. She'll surface immediate professional resources (in the US, dial or text 988) and gently encourage you to reach out to a trusted person.

Are my conversations private?

Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Never sold. Never used to train third-party models. See our promise for the full list of what we won't do.
