1. Agreement

By using CalmSpace, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. CalmSpace is operated by ClayDesk LLC, a Connecticut limited-liability company.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU). Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscription & cancellation

Premium plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial on new accounts, no credit card surprises.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use CalmSpace to harm others, scrape content, reverse-engineer the service, or impersonate someone. Don't use Bliss to plan or carry out illegal acts.

5. Not medical advice

CalmSpace is a wellness product. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for licensed mental-health care. If you are in crisis, contact a professional immediately (US: dial 911).

6. Intellectual property

You own your content. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the service. We own the CalmSpace platform, brand, and software.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClayDesk LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.

Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Billing in the app and click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer pro-rata refunds for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days. Monthly plans are not refunded but you keep access until the period ends.

Can I delete my data?

Yes — Settings → Account → Delete account permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days, including from backups.
