Can CalmSpace replace our behavioral-health network?

No — and we do not recommend that. CalmSpace is a self-care layer that catches early stress, sleep, and mood issues before they require clinical care, and refers members to your existing network when warranted.

Are you HIPAA covered?

CalmSpace as a consumer wellness service is not a HIPAA-covered entity by default. For payer partnerships, we offer enterprise contracts with a Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA-grade controls.

Do you integrate with member portals?

Yes. SSO via SAML 2.0 or OIDC, deep links from your portal, and FHIR APIs for eligibility and engagement events.

What is the typical implementation timeline?

Branded launches typically run 6–10 weeks: legal, branding, SSO, member-comms templates, soft launch, and go-live.

How do you handle crisis situations?

Bliss is trained to recognize crisis cues and shows immediate access to professional resources (911 in the US, country-specific elsewhere). For payer deployments, we support warm hand-off to your behavioral-health partner.
